This level can be multi-sport, football only, basketball only or baseball only. It features 32 cards in a full case, with at least 1 case hit guaranteed. This case features floors, mid-level hits and case hits. This is uniquely designed to be a product that can easily be domed, divisional format and team formats. Level 3 is where we really start to see the differences in card values, more panini case hits, autographs, RPAs and more.
